Pain and discomfort can relate to many things, for example; stress, sedentary lifestyle, lack of sleep, poor nutrition. Therefore, we should take a holistic approach to treatment.
You’ll be sent a lifestyle questionnaire in advance of the first session.
The first appointment will be 60-75mins long. We will discuss the lifestyle questionnaire and screen movement patterns to assess imbalances. Then we will formulate a personalised plan to move forward.
We only ask for you to be open minded! You may hear some things that you don’t necessarily agree with but please listen to the reasoning. We don’t claim to know everything and there is not one size fits all solution. The advice is science backed and I wouldn’t recommend anything that I haven’t tried for myself. I think it’s time to start questioning the norm, as quite often it’s not in tune with the human body.
